LevelTrade is a product of Riverside AI (operating as LevelTrade), a software company that provides an AI-assisted trading workspace. Our platform is accessible at leveltrade.ai. When this policy says "LevelTrade," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Riverside AI DBA LevelTrade.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in via Google, your Google profile name and profile picture as provided by Google OAuth.

Broker API credentials. To connect your brokerage account, you may provide API keys. These credentials are used exclusively to facilitate the connection between your brokerage and the LevelTrade platform on your behalf. We do not store, log, or retain your API keys in our database — they are passed through in memory solely to establish your authorized connection and are never used for any purpose beyond what you explicitly configure.

Trading activity and journal entries. Alerts, trade logs, journal notes, and workspace configuration you create or generate while using the platform are stored on your account.

Usage data. We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and error reports to improve the platform. This data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Payment information. Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or banking details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant security practices.

Cookies and local storage. We use session cookies to keep you logged in and local storage for UI preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your LevelTrade workspace
• Power your LevelTrade workspace features as you configure them
• Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, security alerts)
• Monitor platform health and fix errors
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not share your trading data, journal entries, or API credentials with any third party except as required to operate the service (e.g., your broker via your own API key).

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as part of the OAuth flow. We use this only to create and identify your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Broker API keys are stored encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

While we take security seriously and implement reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, which are retained for 7 years).

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update or correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from non-transactional communications at any time

LevelTrade is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email. Continued use of LevelTrade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
