Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LevelTrade in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LevelTrade is operated by Riverside AI (DBA LevelTrade). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Riverside AI.

LevelTrade is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment advisor.

Nothing on this platform — including AI-generated signals, alerts, analysis, platform outputs, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All outputs are for informational and automation purposes only.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. LevelTrade does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or platform behavior is not indicative of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LevelTrade. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LevelTrade complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including trading regulations, tax obligations, and any restrictions on automated trading.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you connect a brokerage account via API keys, you authorize LevelTrade to facilitate a connection between your brokerage and the platform strictly according to the permissions and configurations you set. Your API credentials are passed through in memory to establish this connection and are not stored or logged in our systems. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your broker or removing your API keys from settings.

You are solely responsible for all trading activity executed through your connected brokerage account, including any losses, fees, taxes, or regulatory obligations that arise. LevelTrade is a software tool that facilitates connections you configure — it is not a party to your brokerage agreement and is not liable for broker errors, outages, or rejections.

You agree not to:

• Use LevelTrade for market manipulation, wash trading, or any illegal trading activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Use the platform to harm, defraud, or harass others
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of this section without refund.

Certain features of LevelTrade require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Billing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riverside AI and LevelTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of LevelTrade shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

LevelTrade is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for any losses caused by platform downtime, third-party service outages (including your broker or data providers), or AI errors.

The LevelTrade platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Riverside AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you create within the platform, including journal entries and custom configurations. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may do so by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with reasonable notice, except for violations of Section 6 which may result in immediate termination.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections covering liability, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of LevelTrade after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
